New drafts for computers and monitors

New Working Documents on computers and displays were sent to the members of the Consultation Forum for written consultation until January 22nd. The drafts are mostly based on definitions and requirements in Energy Star 5.0. The scope of the draft on displays covers beside computer monitors also digital picture frames.
