An Ecodesign "exploratory study" on thermal insulation has started recently.

The study is carried out by VITO and Wuppertal Institute that have already performed Task 0 (Quickscan), Task 1 (Scope) and parts of Task 7 (Scenarios). A first interim report has also been finalised.

The study team will use the provided information to start a full preparatory study according to the MEErP methodology.

A first stakeholder consultation meeting will take place on 1st October 2013 in Brussels.
